The Fine Arts Film Festival opens for its 13th year on September 5, 2026 at the Torrance Art Museum 11-5. Amazing films from over 32 countries. We are the largest film festival of it’s kind and are proud to present an exceptional program of films each year.
ViCA sponsors a program of films as part of the B-LA-M program on October 31, presented by TAM. We have presented films in Berlin, early in 2025 in Los Angeles at the Mexican Consulate and Goethe Institute, and then in Mexico City at Museo Ruffino Tamayo in late 2025.
Juri Koll represented ViCA with a solo show of his paintings alongside the screenings in Mexico City.
The Fine Arts Film Festival continues in 2026 with the in person screenings at the Torrance Art Museum. with the VR Section Directed/Produced by Ioana Mattei to screen in London, alongside industry experts attending SXSW London. Amongst guest speakers we count HTC Vive, Unity, HP and PwC. Over 90 Official Selections stream all over the world on Vimeo. FAFF – the world’s largest art film festival – will present Awards in early September.
ViCA just placed a unique Ukiyo-e triptych print to a collector via BG Gallery as part of Dreams of Migrations which closed June 16, 2025.
ViCA just placed a fine and rare George Herms assemblage with a collector through Jack Rutberg Fine Arts and BG Gallery as part of California: Now & Then.
A packed retrospective solo show of Lilly Fenichel’s 7 decades of work opened at the Gazelli Art House in London on January 24, 2025, presented with an updated 2nd edition of our book Lilly Fenichel: Against the Grain. Show and continued through April 12.
The The Beyond Gala on Nov. 2, 2024 was a star-studded event, featuring the incredible band X, and great art by Sam Francis, Claire Falkenstein, Peter Alexander, Gloriane Harris, Barbara Kolo and others, curated and presented by Juri Koll and Andy Schwartz. The online auction continues until Dec. 2.
In October, 2024 at Hauser & Wirth, sponsored by @artbookhwla, Juri Koll discussed Candyland with it’s creator, Elizabeth Waterman and the editor Michael Greco, followed by a Q&A and book signing.
