The Fine Arts Film Festival (FAFF), sponsored by the Venice Institute of Contemporary Art, presented their 6th annual festival in Venice in May 2019. FAFF is dedicated to presenting the finest new and rare films about art from around the world. FAFF Director and Founder Juri Koll, and FAFF Program Manager Christy Addis-Gutierrez (now a resident of Joshua Tree), have curated a special one-night "Best of the Fest," comprising 9 short films, the longest just under an hour. The program runs approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes. (Please note the screening time is at 7:30, which is EARLIER THAN USUAL.) GLORIA'S CALL producer Cheryl Bookout, also a local resident, will be present for a brief Q&A following her film.
